Blog #2 10/22

I observed several copepods at the top of the aquarium, one not moving and the other ones swimming around.
3 live daphnias observed- 1 eating plant B, 1 eating plant A, and 1 moving around in the sediment on the bottom
several worms in the planaria group observed
Plant B, an insectivorous plant, has trapped and is in the process of consuming around 7 daphnias. Two are still alive in the trap.
Another plant B trap has some unidentified carcasses (possibly daphnias) in it, as well as a living nematode
other plant B traps are empty
one nematode was observed swimming around the top of the aquarium
many unidentified species were seen crawling around in the sediment on the bottom
